Well, here goes...I'm jumping in! It has always been a dream of mine to have a little business of my own...something that would allow me to use my creativity, give me a feeling of accomplishment, and perhaps even earn me an extra buck or two:) Now that I have quit working to be home with my boys, I figured I could use the extra time to explore this little dream of mine. First of all, I COMPLETELY overestimated the amount of "extra time" I would have at home with a 3 year old and an 11 month old. I also completely underestimated the amount of time this little endeavor would take. Its been a busy few months, friends. I've been hunting fabrics, tracking down wholesalers, working with a graphics designer to create a logo, business cards, hang tags, website, etc...(she's fabulous, by the way! Check her out HERE), and trying to squeeze every last inch out of my already packed house to have a space to work in.

I want to thank all of you that have been emailing and calling with well wishes and excitement for me and my budding business...your excitement is so incredibly infectious! Everytime I hear a "you're going to do so well" or "I'm so excited for you!", I just get completely re-engergized and more anxious to move forward. Thank you also for your orders, they've been keeping me busy! It thrills me to have the opportunity to use some creativity to put a special gift together for your loved ones:)

Right now, my line consists of:
*Cross pillows that have a wind-up music box that plays "Jesus Loves Me"...I usually sell this as a set with a matching lovey.
*Travel size pillows with fun fabrics that are a perfect size for taking along anywhere.
*Snuggle blankets that are 30x30, great size for cuddling up:)

I've been searching high and low for fabrics that I like to put together and that wash well...these items are mostly for children! I do have several fabrics that I've settled on and am in the process of ordering by the bolt...I'll try to get some of my fabrics posted here on this site for you to check out and let me know what you think.
